How do I schedule a massage?
Simply call us at 303-443-3322, then 0. Our receptionists will be more than happy to schedule your massage or body treatment or answer any questions you may have.
How do I know what type of massage I want?
Our therapists are trained in a wide variety of massage modalities and can incorporate any of these to achieve desired results. Your therapist will talk with you about your massage preferences.
How do I know what each therapists offer?
Please check out our bio page here in our website. Each massage therapist is scheduled during certain times, but if you would like to make a request, please do so when scheduling your massage/treatment appointment and we will do our very best to accommodate that request.
Are tips accepted?
Tips are not required, but are a great way to let our massage therapists know they are doing a great job. They are paid a percentage of each massage/treatment. If you choose to tip, it is customary to do so at the end of the service and is normally between 10%-20%
What if I would like to add more time onto the massage?
If it is before the treatment begins, there should be no problem, unless we have appointments booked right after yours. If during the massage, just ask and our therapist will check to make sure this extra time is available for you.
What if I need to cancel my massage?
We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours, you are subject to a full charge of your massage. However, IF we can re-book your time slot you will not be charged for your massage appointment.
What if I am sick, should I still come to my massage appointment?
Being sick is a safety issue for our therapists and other guests....please call and re-schedule for any illnesses at no cost or penalty to you.
Do I need to get completely undressed?
NO. We want you to be completely comfortable. You will be draped throughout the massage treatment and only as we are working with certain areas will they be un-draped. You can remain fully clothed if you prefer. Sexual misconduct will not be tolerated, so do not even ask!
What if I would like more or less pressure during the massage?
Just ask! We want you to be completely satisfied with your massage treatment with us. We will also check in throughout the massage to ensure your comfort.
Where do I go for my massage?
We are conveniently located inside the Boulder Outlook Hotel and Suites. 800 28th St. Boulder across from the CU campus. Please walk to the front and check in with our Front Desk staff.
How should I pay for my services?
We accept cash and all major credit cards, we even have an ATM on-site. If you happen to be staying here, you are allowed to charge your massage appointment to your room.
Please plan on coming to your massage appointment 5 minutes early to fill out a quick health intake form. This form helps us determine an appropriate game plan for your massage or body treatment.
